Our pork is all free range pork and has been sourced locally. Pork is a very versatile meat and therefore we use it for a number of products. You have your traditional leg, loin and shoulder cuts, but also our pork is used for our sausage manufacturing, and other manufactured products like faggots and meatballs. As we buy only gilt pigs of a specific (large white/duroc) breed, this ensures a sweet flavour and tenderness when cooked. The rind on all of our joints is always scored making sure that you always get lovely crackling. As an added extra we give you the option to have your joint stuffed with a selection of our homemade stuffings.
