Our pork pies have been accredited with a diamond award. The pinnacle of awards for such a product. The hot water pastry is filled with seasoned best pork cuts and come in a variety of flavours, all our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible. Each pie is hand created and has just the right amount of jelly, like an old fashioned pie.

Looking for a twist on the traditional wedding cake, how about this the three tiers can be made from any flavour you like and we compliment it with your colour and flower scheme, we can even put the figures on the top if you wish! St Stephens Pork Pie
A favourite at every boxing day table, this pie is the perfect accompaniment to left overs, it is a combination of our award winning pork recipe, roasted turkey breast, cranberries and cranberry sauce.
Church Farm
This Gold Award Winning pork pie is named after the local farm where we source the beautiful holy smoked cheddar, we add to the complimentary cheese makers pickle to give it a real tang.
Caramelised Onion and Cracked Black Pepper
This pork pie has to be the favourite, the sweet caramelised onion chutney mixed with the powerful cracked black pepper is a taste delight, this pie has rightfully done very well in competitions gaining many gold award accreditations.

National Champion Traditional Pork pie, we use this recipe as a basic in all our pies, it has a slight peppered taste, the pastry is very crispy and it has just the right amount of jelly, it really is a traditional pork pie, and deserves its recognition as a champion and diamond award.
