Our poultry is sourced locally from a family run company. The chickens that we buy are all free-range, giving the poultry a refined flavour and succulent taste. Each cut creates its own unique flavour that we match with a homemade range of sauces and stuffings.
We source Gressingham free-range duck as we believe this provides the fullest flavour. Why not try the duck with our range of sauces.
