Pork

Our pork is all free range pork and has been sourced locally. Pork is a very versatile meat and therefore we use it for a number of products. You have your traditional leg, loin and shoulder cuts, but also our pork is used for our sausage manufacturing, and other manufactured products like faggots and meatballs. As we buy only gilt pigs of a specific (large white/duroc) breed, this ensures a sweet flavour and tenderness when cooked. The rind on all of our joints is always scored making sure that you always get lovely crackling. As an added extra we give you the option to have your joint stuffed with a selection of our homemade stuffings.

Apple Jack Pork Loin

A boneless pork loin that has been marinated with a red apple and sage coating and once cooked has a beautiful caramelised appearance and flavour. Also available in steaks.

Pork Ribs

Diced Pork

our diced pork is a mixture of lean leg meat and shoulder meat. ideal for casseroles stew and goulash.

ideal for pork medallions, and stir-fry, a tenderloin Is a versatile piece of meat that has a wonderful flavour.

Loin of Pork

Our pork loin is very popular. you can have the option to have it stuffed or left plain, on or off the bone and tied or left flat.

Leg of Pork

A popular favourite, minimal fat content makes this a popular choice on the dinner table. provides lovely crackling and meat that is hard to beat.

Belly Pork

A traditional favourite, served either left as slices or as a joint. perfect flavour that’s sweet enough form the fat with scrumptious crackling.

our pork loin chops are sourced from free range pigs, and we only use the meat from female pigs as it is much sweeter and provides a better quality of meat.
